Yet devoid of substance

Full of desire

The possession of nothing

In over abundance

So many stories

All are redundant

All of these suppressed memories

Can finally disperse

The bond is broken

Closing all the doors

Carefully concentrated

Deceit and erosion

Rain and pain they

Clear skies just don't

Feel the same

Fake, shame

False disdain

One sided stories

To try and maim

The world to me is

Distant and cold

People play with words

And all they do is scold

Then everyone makes promises

That they don't uphold

Existence teaches us distance

A consistence of resistance

The persistence of endings in riddance

Thoughts are the best when

They're not hidden

Was to feel something
