You know there is a old saying that says

" Never mistake a calm man for a harmless one."

And Im'a be honest, a lot of people have underestimated my intelligence

Just because I lead with love and I lead with kindness and I'm helping people-

They somehow mistake that love and compassion for a weakness

And a lotta people see somebody who is approachable, somebody who give game for free-

Or move with respect and they start thinkin'-

"Oh he green, he too nice, he prolly easy to play

He don't peep shit that's goin' on"

See they say still waters run deep, meaning just because somebody ain't loud don't mean they don't like depth

Just because somebody ain't reactin', don't mean they're unaware

And just because somebody chooses peace, don't mean they can't recognize the snakes in the grass

See some of us didn't become nice because life was easy for us

Some of us became nice because we seen enough of that pain, enough betrayals and struggle, and all that fake love

And we know exactly what that darkness look like

So now we choose to lead different, not because we naive, but because we disciplined

Not because you soft, but because you're secure

And not because you're blind but because you have reached a level of discernment to know that you don't have to bark in order to bite

See the most dangerous people in the room, they ain't always the loudest

Sometimes it's that person that's smiling, observing, helpin' everybody but seein' everything

Because intelligence doesn't always announce itself, wisdom doesn't always need validation

And real strength doesn't need to perform

So if you ever mistake my kindness for weakness or me being green

Or my patience as a- as a weakness

And me being quiet for me not noticing what is really going on

That's your miscalculation, not my limitation

Move with integrity, lead with love

But never let people mistake your kindness for lack of intelligence
